I like simple, quick, and healthy options for breakfast. Lately, I’ve been getting into a rut and got tired of the same old turkey bacon, egg, and juice. I needed something different that wouldn’t take all morning to cook. Plus, I needed to increase my calcium intake to help my bun in the oven grow some strong bones. Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie
Ingredients

- 1/2 Cup Mandarin Oranges
- 1/2 Cup Light Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Tsp. Honey
- 2 Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glass and serve with an orange wedge.
