Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie

I like simple, quick, and healthy options for breakfast. Lately, I’ve been getting into a rut and got tired of the same old turkey bacon, egg, and juice. I needed something different that wouldn’t take all morning to cook. Plus, I needed to increase my calcium intake to help my bun in the oven grow some strong bones. Here’s a great tasting smoothie, just for you. Enjoy!

Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients
    1. 1/2 Cup Mandarin Oranges
    2. 1/2 Cup Light Vanilla Yogurt
    3. 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
    4. 2 Tbsp. Old Fashioned Oats
  1. 1 Tsp. Honey
  2. 2 Ice Cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour into glass and serve with an orange wedge.
